Our experience has shown, that by assisting Clients / Prospects to find a Specialist Insurance Product not normally handled as a matter of course, and not available through composite insurance companies, enhances your profile and encourages them to return you for day to day requirements.

Our business ethic is to provide a specialist service for a specialised policy to specific Clientele, in a professional environment on a virtually immediate basis.

Specific Terms of Business

  1. We will consider applications on a REFERRAL BASIS ONLY.
  2. All matters arising and pertaining to the application will be handled by us directly with the applicant. All correspondence including renewal documentation will be sent directly to the Client.
  3. No authority is granted to enable Brokers / Intermediaries to hold covered on our behalf or on behalf of the Norwich Union or its trading Companies.
  4. We do not offer or intimate Agency Facilities.
  5. We do not offer credit or Account terms.
  6. We do not pay commissions or introductory fees.

Ian W. Wallace Ltd has a Delegated Authority Agreement with the NORWICH UNION. All monies received are banked in a Statutory Trust Clients Account under Risk Transfer rules.
